We offer several ways to get our product to your doorstep.

Because we manufacture our products in our own facilities; all our products are shipped direct to you at our cost.  We do not mark up or charge handling fees for **most** residential orders.
 
In some cases we may require a shipment be split into two or more boxes.  If this occurs there may be an additional shipping charge due to the way our shipping vendor charges us.  When this occurs, we will contact you prior to charging your credit card or billing method to provide the correct shipping rate.

Most orders will ship next business day; however, if you place your order before 1:00PM Eastern Time Monday thru Friday same day shipping may apply.  Fedex is currently our primary method however we do use UPS as well.  We reserve the right to use whichever carrier is best fitted for your shipment.  The shipping quotes provided on our website are for informational purposes only.  We will try our best to get an accurate shipping quote to you via the web however we reserve the right to make a quote lower or higher.  If such a change is required, we will contact you for approval prior to any charges are made or product shipped.

For special orders we do have the option for freight services directly from our manufacturing plant in Baltimore.  Please call us if you have any further questions or special shipping instructions.
